Jose María Salas

Jose María Salas has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Jose María is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Revelify AI. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Science Teacher and Lead TA at Le Wagon. Jose María also co-founded NEO ONE ART株式会社, where they served as the Co-Founder and COO, overseeing company operations, finding and securing funds, and bringing new business to the company.

Jose's experience includes being the Director and Chief Researcher at avatarin, where they led the Data/AI/Robotics department and was involved in a government research project related to robot learning using deep neural networks. Before that, they were a Data Scientist and AI Engineer at ABEJA, Inc., focusing on developing deep neural networks for defect detection in manufacturing and infrastructure inspection.

Jose María gained expertise in Robotics AI Engineering while working at Telexistence Inc, where they were proficient in Python and had knowledge of C++, ROS, Tensorflow, and neural networks. Prior to that, they pursued a Masters Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics as a full-time student. Additionally, they worked as a Solution Designer, BI Consultant, and Team Lead at JMSH Consultancy Services, and as a Hana Developer, Data Analyst, and BI/BO Consultant at BI Brainz UK.

In 2013, Jose co-founded AnimalPetCanarias.com, an online store specializing in pet products. Overall, Jose María Salas's work experience showcases their expertise in technology, data science, AI, robotics, and business development.

José María Salas holds a Master of Science degree in AI and Robotics from Sapienza Università di Roma, which they completed from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Jazz from Middlesex University from 2009 to 2014. Jose María also holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio, which they completed from 2000 to 2003, and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering specialized in Audio/Video from the same university, completed from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science and SAP BOCP Certified from SAP.
