P.eng. Neil Brockman

Neil Brockman, P.Eng. is an experienced civil engineer with a focus on bridge management and design. Currently serving as the Sector Manager for Bridges at LEA Group since January 2022, Neil previously held key positions at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation from February 2015 to December 2021, including Lead Bridge Engineer in the Rehabilitation section. Neil's extensive background also includes roles at Dillon Consulting Limited from May 2006 to January 2015, where expertise extended to highway bridge design, inspections, and contract management. Neil began the engineering career as a Civil Engineering Co-Op Student, gaining hands-on experience in construction observation and municipal CAD work. Neil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Windsor, completed in 2009.
