Rebecca Johnson

Rebecca Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and communications. Currently serving as Program Manager at Lead For America since December 2020, Rebecca focuses on fostering community leadership and addressing political divides. Previous roles include Director of Rural Partnerships at BCom Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed partnership development and project management, and Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Highland Community College, managing branding and communication strategies. With a strong background in graphic design and marketing from earlier positions at Peru State College and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Peru State College.
