Damian Guerin, CCP, SCP, SPHR

Damian Guerin, CCP, SCP, SPHR has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources. Damian currently serves as a Consultant for Employers Council, a Compensation Supervisor for Colorado Springs Utilities, and an Adjunct Instructor for University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Human Resources for dpiX from 2019 to 2020, a Principal & HR Business Partner Consultant for HR-Legacy Consultants, Inc. from 2019 to 2020, and the Vice President of Human Resources for Aleut Management Services from 2011 to 2019. Damian was also the Co-Chair of the 2011 COSHRM State Conference from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they were the President & Founder of HR-Legacy Consultants, Inc. from 2002 to 2009, the Human Resources Director for P2 Energy Solutions from 2009 to 2009, and the Human Resources Director for WellPoint Systems Inc. from 2009 to 2009.

Damian Guerin obtained a BA in Sociology from The University of New Mexico between 1978 and 1983. Damian then obtained an MA in Public Personnel Administration from The University of New Mexico between 1984 and 1987. In 1996, they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. In 2011, they obtained a Certified Compensation Professional certification from World at Work. Finally, in 2015, they obtained a Senior Certified Professional certification from SHRM.
