Jill Rampacek

Manager, Member Experience at Lead Generating Tools

Jill Rampacek has been working in various roles since 2000. From 2000-2009, they were the School Age Childcare Director at Red Rocks Community College, where they directed the operation of a childcare program and was responsible for managing student enrollment, attendance, safety, and discipline. From 2009-2015, they were the Front Office Administrator and Discipleship Assistant at Trinity United Methodist Church Denver, where they managed administrative office operations and recruited and scheduled a volunteer team. Since 2015, they have been working at Employers Council, first as the Manager of Member Experience, then as the Member Engagement Coordinator, and most recently as the Membership Development Administrative Assistant. In their current role, they work directly with members to resolve complex customer service issues and provide support for member onboarding, engagement, and retention.

Jill Rampacek obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Arkansas between 1993 and 1995. In 2018, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University. Rampacek also holds certifications from the Employers Council (Human Resource Leadership Certificate, obtained in August 2018), Colorado Secretary of State's Office (Notary Public, obtained in October 2019), HR Certification Institute - HRCI (Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR), obtained in November 2018), Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) (CXPA Professional Member, obtained in May 2021), and Health and Safety Training Institute (CPR/AED, First Aid & Bloodborne Pathogens Combo, obtained in July 2019).
