Kaavya Ramachandran

Kaavya Ramachandran is an experienced educator and curriculum architect with a robust background in curriculum design and instructional development. Currently serving as a Senior Curriculum Architect at LEAD School since June 2021, Kaavya previously held multiple roles at Chrysalis, including Program Lead for Primary and Team Lead for Early Years, where creative content for K-6 lessons was developed. Kaavya's experience as a Fellow with Teach For India involved direct teaching and mentoring, while additional roles at Akshar Arbol International School and IPAN Hill+Knowlton Strategies reflect versatility in educational and management settings.
