Dave Smith

Dave Smith is the Founder and Managing Director of Metta Sport, established in April 2013, specializing in growth strategies for the sports, media, and entertainment industries. In addition, Dave serves as an Advisor for leAD Sports & Health Tech Partners, supporting early-stage startups in sports and health technology since December 2020. Previous roles include VP of International Growth at Clearco, where Dave led international expansion, and Vice President of Global Content Distribution and Business Development at WWE, focusing on partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Veritone, Westwood One, BOND Strategy and Influence, Morgan Stanley, and Makovsky. Dave holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
