Erika Girard is currently working as a Partner in LEAD3R, where Erika specializes in Executive Search. Prior to this, Erika held the position of Senior Director in Enspira, focusing on Executive Search and talent acquisition optimization services. Erika also has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles in companies such as Deloitte, Akamai Technologies, Veritude, and TEKsystems. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Assumption University.
