Jennifer Zeckendorf

Jennifer Zeckendorf is currently a Partner in Human Capital at LEAD3R and a Senior Director at Enspira, where Jennifer also heads the Enspira Startup Studio. Prior to their current roles, Jennifer has held positions in human resources and talent management at various companies including Cityblock Health and Warby Parker. Jennifer's background includes experience in research and rehabilitation, with roles at Columbia University Medical Center and Stony Brook University. Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
