Whitney Cox

Whitney Cox is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and workforce advisory services. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at LEAD3R since January 2024, Whitney previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Practice Leader in Workforce Advisory Services at HireGenics from August 2023 to January 2024. Prior to that, Whitney had a significant tenure at WG Consulting, LLC, progressing from Manager to Director, and ultimately serving as Senior Vice President and Managing Director from March 2017 to August 2023. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Houston.
