Antti Ruskeala has a diverse work experience with a strong focus on customer care and operations in various industries. Antti currently works at LeadDesk as the Customer Care Director, responsible for building a scalable customer care organization. Prior to that, they worked at Sector Alarm as the Customer Operations Director, leading multiple units and implementing new KPI metrics for growth and efficiency. At Elisa, they held positions such as Customer Service Operations & Business Director and Head of Department, where they improved internal communication and implemented motivation-based compensation models. Antti also worked at Telia Company, where they held roles such as Head of Sales and Head of Customer Service, focusing on sales growth, process improvement, and leadership development. Earlier in their career, they founded their own company, Blueroom Solution.
