Jarno Tenni

Jarno Tenni is the VP of Engineering at LeadDesk. Jarno has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in project management and business development. Prior to joining LeadDesk, Jarno was the Director of Business Development at Siili Solutions, where they were responsible for ensuring profitability and proper ways of working in key project-based deliveries. Jarno has also served as the Business Unit Director for Siili Solutions, responsible for sales, key account management, and supervising consultants. Jarno has also worked as a Project Manager and Consultant for Siili Solutions. In their current role at LeadDesk, Jarno is responsible for leading the engineering team and developing new features for the LeadDesk platform.

Jarno Tenni has a MSc in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki. Jarno also has certification from Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). In addition, they are ITIL V3 Foundations Certified (2010).
