Thiago Santana

Thiago Santana currently serves as the Diretor Executivo de Operações at Leadec Brasil, overseeing strategic management of contracts and clients while managing nearly 5,000 employees across various regions. With an extensive background in Facilities Management, Thiago has held notable positions including Professor at FS Educa, Conselheiro de Administração for the Associação Brasileira de Facilities, and Facilities and Hard Services Manager at A.C.Camargo Cancer Center. Thiago has also been involved internationally as a Member of the Board of Directors for Global FM, and previously served in multiple roles at ISS A/S, where responsibilities ranged from Operations Director to Business Development and Strategy Director for Latin America.
