Timothy Bauer

Timothy Bauer has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Thomas More University and an Associates in Liberal Arts from Mott Community College. With over 20 years of experience in various HR and recruitment roles, Timothy currently serves as the Director Talent Acquisition at Leadec. Prior to this, Timothy worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Leadec and a Human Resource Generalist at Faurecia. Their early career includes roles at Aerotek as a Recruiter/Account Manager/Onsite Premise Manager and at Michigan Web Press as a Production Coordinator. Timothy is also pursuing a Certification in Management of Managers at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
