Mia Ganda is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, consulting, and client relations. Currently serving as Director at Sophter Limited since October 2016, Mia specializes in coaching high-performing individuals in dynamic sectors such as tech, media, and finance, utilizing evidence-based practices and mindfulness. Concurrently, Mia holds roles as a Leadership & Executive Coach at both Leadenhall & Coaching On Demand and Sharpist. Previous experience includes co-founding alkeme, a personal growth initiative, and working as a Personal Development Teacher at JIYO. Prior to these roles, Mia excelled in client relations at Reyl & Cie, managed key accounts and events at Kentaro Group UK, and provided consultancy services for FIFA.
