Nesha Smith, SHRM-CP

Nesha Smith, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nesha began their career as a Human Resources Clerk at Mathis Brothers Furniture in January 2011 and held the position until September 2012. Following this, Nesha joined Love's Travel Stops in October 2012 as a Payroll Representative and later transitioned to the role of Benefits Coordinator in June 2015. Nesha worked at Love's Travel Stops until April 2018.

In April 2018, Nesha joined Leader Communications Inc. (LCI) as an HR Generalist/ Benefits Coordinator and held this role until April 2019. Nesha then took on the position of Benefits Supervisor from May to August 2019. Nesha further progressed in their career at LCI and became a Human Resources Manager from September 2019 to October 2020. Currently, Nesha holds the title of Human Resources Director at LCI, a position they have been serving in since November 2020.
