Srikanth Neeli

Srikanth Neeli is an accomplished professional in electrical maintenance and operations with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Head of Electrical Maintenance at Leader Energy since February 2018, Srikanth oversees the electrical operations and maintenance of CEL and CEL-II plants, while managing projects such as the 230kv Switchyard Interconnection and sustainability initiatives. Prior to this role, Srikanth held the position of Manager and Head of Electrical Maintenance at STEAG Energy Services GmbH, where responsibilities included project operations, resource management, and maintenance scheduling for the 4*150MW Moropule B Power Station. Srikanth's earlier career includes significant roles at Wärtsilä and Vedanta Alumina Ltd, focusing on commissioning, operation, and maintenance of various power plants.
