Malaz Mohamed Fadlallah has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Malaz started their career as a Sales Representative/Product Specialist at Initial Medical Company in 2010. Malaz then worked as a courses coordinator at Wuhan Institute Of Science and Technology, where they organized courses and supervised graduation projects for Biomedical Engineers.
In 2009, Malaz joined Khartoum Teaching Hospital as a Clinical Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for the Intensive Care Unit, Operation Room, and Emergency & Trauma Unit. Malaz also completed an internship as a Clinical Engineer at the same hospital.
Malaz then joined Vanguard Management Consultant as a Consultant in the United Arab Emirates in 2013. Following this, they worked at Leader Healthcare, first as a Product Specialist in the EMS & Resuscitation Business unit from 2015 to 2018, and later as an Application and Training Specialist from 2016 to 2018.
From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Nihon Kohden Middle East FZE as a Regional Technical Support Specialist. In this role, they provided service training and technical support for distributors' Engineers. Malaz also implemented company policies and procedures to enhance workflow and ensure customer satisfaction.
Currently, Malaz is working at Leader Healthcare as the Head of the Medical Division, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Team Leader for Critical Care/Resuscitation from 2020 to 2021.

Malaz Mohamed Fadlallah obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the Sudan University of Science and Technology.
