Derrick Hamilton, C.P.M., MBA has extensive experience in supply chain, procurement, and business development. Derrick began their career in 1999 as a DC Supervisor at Victoria's Secret. Derrick then moved to Limited Brands in 2000, where they held various roles including Category Manager - Logistics, Procurement Buyer, Purchasing Agent, and International Air Transportation Coordinator. In 2008, they became Manager of Supplier Diversity at Cardinal Health, followed by Manager, Office of Supplier Diversity at Battelle in 2011. In 2015, they took on the role of Supplier Diversity Manager at NiSource, and in 2020 they became Director, Business Development and Inclusion at Leaderpromos, where they are responsible for developing strategies to increase revenue and take advantage of the company's Woman owned status and supplier diversity program.

Derrick Hamilton, C.P.M., MBA completed a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management/Procurement from Miami University from 1995 to 1999. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University from 2011 to 2013, with a focus in Business.
