Elizabeth Hope

Elizabeth Hope has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Distribution and Information Assistant at the Educational REALMS and ERIC Clearinghouse at The Ohio State University until 2006. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Program Assistant at OSU Extension at Indianola Middle School, providing administrative support for an after-school program aimed at youth development. Elizabeth then transitioned to the College of Veterinary Medicine at The Ohio State University, where they worked as a Program Assistant in the Department of Veterinary Biosciences from 2008 to 2013, and as a Division Coordinator in the College of Public Health's Health Services Management & Policy Division from 2013 to 2022. Elizabeth also worked as the Head of Customer Success at the American Negotiation Institute from 2022 to 2023, where they oversaw client onboarding, adoption, and retention. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Project Manager at Leaderpromos Marketing Agency, a full-service promotional marketing agency with a global reach.

Elizabeth Hope has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. Elizabeth also holds a Master of Arts degree in Workforce Development and Adult Education with a specialization in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University College of Education and Human Ecology. In addition to their formal education, Elizabeth has obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
