Prior experience includes serving as HR Director at Formulated Solutions, managing daily HR operations for over 600 employees and implementing significant process improvements, as well as HR Manager at EDI Electronic Data Inc., where talent acquisition strategies contributed to workforce growth from 26 to 130 employees. David's career also includes a role as HR Supervisor at Cobham Mission Systems, providing extensive HR support. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Rasmussen University.
