Tyler Kiel

Tyler Kiel, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at The Watkins Company, having held various HR roles since September 2016, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Additionally, Tyler is the President and Director of Assigning for the Rocky River Officials Association and a Women’s Volleyball and Basketball Official for the NCAA. Experience in officiating also extends to the Minnesota State High School League and the Metro Board of Officials. Previous positions include Human Resources roles at Fastenal Company and a Floor Supervisor at McDonald's. Tyler holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Winona State University.
