Sayo Ayodele

Sayo is a Partner at Leaders’ Quest, based in London. In 2021 her lead client is UNFCCC’s High Level Climate Champions, where she leads people engagement and special projects in the lead up the UN Climate Conference in Glasgow. Sayo regularly designs and delivers client programmes and has played a key role in two of LQ’s systemic change initiatives: creating a healthier UK banking system and addressing imbalances in the global food chain. Sayo began her career in the legal profession, and earned her MSC in International Relations from the London School of Economics.
