Svetlana Shcherbinina

Svetlana Shcherbinina, PCC, is an accomplished executive and team coach with extensive experience in leadership, organizational development, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Board Member for ICF Germany Charter Chapter e.V. and an Associate Partner at Leadership Choices, Svetlana also operates a coaching practice focused on empowering clients to lead sustainable changes. As a lecturer at Berlin International University of Applied Sciences, Svetlana teaches MBA students in Consulting, Negotiation, and Self-Organization. Previously, Svetlana held senior roles at Roland Berger and XU Group, managing high-budget projects and developing educational programs for digital transformation. Svetlana's educational background includes an Executive Certificate in Strategy & Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management, along with multiple coaching certifications.
