Dave Marmon

Dave Marmon has extensive work experience in the product development and management field. Dave began their career as a Content Developer at Leadership Connect in 2009 and progressed through various roles including Product Specialist, Senior Product Specialist, and Product Director. In these positions, they contributed to all aspects of product development such as discovery, user interviews, design, UX/UI, GTM, product marketing, and API development. Currently, Dave holds the position of Vice President, Product at Leadership Connect where they lead a team of professionals to build software and data products that transform the public sector business and policymaking. Prior to their time at Leadership Connect, Dave worked in Library and Database Management at National Public Radio from 2007 to 2008.

Dave Marmon has a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University. Dave also received a Product Management Certificate from Cornell University.
