Natalie Wolder

Natalie Wolder possesses a diverse background in research and project management, currently serving as the Deputy Team Lead for both the Federal, State, and Local Team and the State and Local Team at Leadership Connect since May 2022. Wolder's previous experience includes roles as a Research Analyst and Associate Research Analyst within the Federal Team at Leadership Connect, as well as Assistant Project Manager and Research Assistant at the Frederick S. Pardee Center for International Futures from September 2020 to June 2022. An internship as a Research and Grant Writing Intern at The Colorado Haiti Project and a position as a Continuous Open Bid Member Integrator at Alpha Phi International Fraternity further illustrate Wolder's capabilities. Wolder earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from the University of Denver in 2022.
