Keisha Morris

Keisha Morris is an experienced leadership development professional currently serving as the Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at Bayhealth since April 2023, focusing on strategic leadership development programs and team dynamics. Morris is also a Leadership Delaware Fellow for 2023 and has been coaching leaders at Pixel Leadership Group since January 2022. Previous roles include Workforce Planning Program Manager, Talent Development & Engagement Consultant, and Instructional Designer at Nemours from 2010 to April 2023, with a strong emphasis on diversity workforce planning and enterprise-wide associate development. Additional experience includes training and development positions at several companies, demonstrating expertise in instructional design and leadership development throughout a progressive career that began in 1998. Morris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University, a Master of Arts in Leadership and Life Coaching from Faith International University, and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership at Regent University.
