Dru Ealons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at LEADing for Life since November 2021, Dru Ealons oversees day-to-day management and execution of strategic initiatives. Prior roles include Chief of Staff, providing support to the President & CEO, and Founder/Principal of The Ealons Group, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. Dru Ealons held significant positions with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as Senior Advisor/Director, where strategic engagement goals were developed, and as Director of Development at Pathways, focused on ending homelessness. Additionally, Dru Ealons contributed to the establishment of the Human Resources Department at Southern Progress Corporation. A graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Dru Ealons holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management.
