Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America
Charmaine Bayalan is a dedicated undergraduate student at Yale University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in History of Science, Medicine, and Public Health. Since April 2022, Charmaine has taken on multiple roles, including First-Year Counselor and Office Aide at Berkeley College, as well as a Business Support Team Associate for Yale Hospitality. Charmaine co-founded the LEDA Chapter at Yale and serves as an Outreach Coordinator for the Yale Hunger and Homelessness Action Project, focusing on housing and food security in New Haven. Additional experience includes positions as a Summer Associate at Capital Group, Head Clerk for the Yale Alumni Association, Yale & You Ambassador for first-generation students, and a Research Intern with Health Outreach Partners. Charmaine's commitment to community engagement and leadership development is evident through various roles, including participation in the Women's Network. Educational experiences also include study abroad programs in Amsterdam and London through the CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange.
