Michelle Arguello

Michelle Arguello is an accomplished undergraduate student at Yale University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics while also earning a Certificate of Advanced Language Study in Spanish. Serving in various leadership roles, Michelle is the Head of Operations and Co-VP of Speakers for the Yale Latinx Business and Leadership Student Association, where responsibilities include recruiting Latinx speakers and managing event budgets. As a Finance Career Fellow with Management Leadership for Tomorrow and a General Body Member at Hispanic Capital Group, Michelle actively engages in initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity and representation. Current internships include research at Skyriver Capital, focused on investor relations, and participation in the Virtual Insight Series with Goldman Sachs. Past experiences include leading research on hurricane dynamics at Regeneron and promoting Latinx representation through a social media initiative with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute. Michelle is also the Treasurer for the Women in Economics club at Yale and a Scholar with the Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America program.
