Happy Hadia Ingabire

Happy Hadia Ingabire is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Career Fellow at Swarthmore College, where responsibilities include advising students on resumes, cover letters, and the career search process. Previous experience includes roles as an Assistant Counselor at Purpose Rwanda, where support was offered to individuals in recovery, and a Psychology Intern at Turn Around Kids Group, focusing on parenting skills for children aged 5-12. Additionally, as a Career Advising and Training Intern at The BRIDGE Talent Services, Happy Assisted in researching career advising best practices. Prior to these roles, experience included working as a Strategic Planning Assistant at Swarthmore College and a Proofreading and Editing Intern at ImagineWe Publishers. Happy is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Swarthmore College, following a foundational year with Bridge2Rwanda.
