Michelle P. is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in healthcare, research, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Peer Team Lead at The Nephrotic Syndrome Foundation, Michelle oversees a peer team program providing support to younger patients and their families. In parallel, Michelle works as an IT Implementation Intern at IT4Causes, Inc., where IT solutions are developed for nonprofit agencies. As a distinguished LEDA Scholar, Michelle participated in a college access program at Princeton University. Previous roles include research positions at Salk Institute for Biological Studies and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, as well as internships in medical settings, such as Rady Children's Hospital and Planned Parenthood.
