Ludovic VARNIER holds a Master 2 degree in Communication d'entreprise and a DUT in Information Communication from IUT Nancy Charlemagne. VARNIER currently serves as Chef de service communication externe et interne at the Conseil départemental des Vosges since October 2021, following a significant tenure as Responsable Communication et Développement at SICOVAD from January 2012 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing communication, press relations, project execution, and team oversight. Prior to this, VARNIER worked as Redacteur et Chef de Projets at a communication agency from 2008 to 2012, contributing expertise in project management and content creation.
