Michelle Ramos is an undergraduate intern at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), focusing on developing Know Your Rights toolkits for undocumented youth and contributing to labor exploitation training for various stakeholders. Currently serving as Co-President of the Georgetown Scholars Program, Michelle organizes events and advocates for first-generation and low-income students. Previous roles include Marketing Coordinator and Front Desk Assistant at the Georgetown Scholars Program, where Michelle provided essential student support. As a Fall Fellow for the Council Office of Racial Equity, Michelle researched legislative impacts on racial equity. Additional experience includes internships at Ayuda and Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America, as well as engagement in marketing and innovation initiatives at Georgetown University. Michelle is pursuing a degree at Georgetown University, building on a strong foundation from IDEA Weslaco College Preparatory, where a high school diploma was earned.
