Leadership Institute
Andrea Raffle currently serves as the Pennsylvania Grassroots Director for the Leadership Institute, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Raffle was the Election Integrity State Director for the Republican National Committee from November 2021 to July 2023 and worked in the United States Senate as a Grants Coordinator and Constituent Advocate from June 2017 to November 2021. Additionally, Raffle has experience as the Executive Director for the Republican Party of Luzerne County and held various campaign management positions, including Campaign Manager for Kendra Radle for Luzerne County Council and Bud Pierce for Governor. Raffle's early career includes roles at Carly For America and Dr. Mark Berg's campaign, as well as experience as an Office Assistant at The Catholic University of America and an intern at the U.S. House of Representatives. Raffle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Politics from The Catholic University of America and is a graduate of Nazareth Academy High School.

Leadership Institute
Founded in 1979 by its president, Morton C. Blackwell, LI provides training in campaigns, fundraising, grassroots organizing, youth politics, and communications. The Institute teaches conservatives of all ages how to succeed in politics, government, and the media. The Institute offers 47 types of training schools, workshops, and seminars; a free employment placement service; and a national field program that trains conservative students to organize campus groups. Since 1979, LI has trained more than 230,000 conservative activists, leaders, and students. The Institute's unique college campus network has grown to more than 1,700 conservative campus groups and newspapers.
