Helena Guimarães

Helena Guimarães has over twenty-eight years of professional experience. In 1992, they began their career as a Comercial, specializing in the sale and promotion of real estate. Two years later, they began working as a Consultora, focusing on modernizing administrative processes. In 1998, they began working as a freelance Formadora. From 2000 to 2007, they worked as a Docente Universitária, specializing in management. In 2007, they began working as a Formadora at CEGOC. In 2008, they began working as a Coach, and in 2013 they began working as an HR Senior Consultant of Lukkap in Portugal. Finally, in 2015 they began working as a Partner at Be Better - Your HR Partner, and in 2022 they began working as a Facilitator LMI at Leadership Management International, Inc.

Helena Guimarães completed their Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in 1993. Helena also attended Bahrain School for their high school education.
