Latoya Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to the present. Latoya began their career as an Administrative Secretary at the University of The Bahamas in 1999 and transitioned to become the Chief Executive Officer at Business Institute in 2018. In 2020, Latoya joined GMINDSET Center for Global Education as a Lecturer and currently holds the position of Program Facilitator at Leadership Management International, Inc. Their roles have provided their with a strong background in administrative support, teaching, and leadership development.
Latoya Johnson obtained their Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Buena Vista University in 2023. Prior to that, they pursued an EDM degree in Business Administration and Management, General at The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus from 2014 to 2016. From 2010 to 2014, Latoya attended Nova Southeastern University where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Latoya began their higher education journey at Sojourner-Douglass College, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 1995 to 1998.
