Srikanth Rao

Srikanth Rao has over 30 years of professional experience. Srikanth started their career in 1982 as an Asst Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services in Delhi/Bangalore, India. In 1991, they joined Wipro Systems where they worked in various leadership roles including as a Delivery Manager, Pre-Sales Lead, and Quality & Training Head. In 1996, they joined Caritor which later acquired Keane (India) Pvt Ltd, where they worked as President. In 2010, they became the Managing Director of Seguro IT Solutions llp, a Certified Facilitator for Leadership Management International, Inc., and an Advisor to the CEO for Delivery Best Practices at Nous Infosystems.

Srikanth Rao completed their Secondary School Certificate at Kendriya Vidyalaya ASC Centre in 1997, having studied Chemistry, Physics and mathematics. Srikanth then went on to earn a B Tech in Mechanical from Banaras Hindu University in 1982.
