Chava Kallberg

Chava R. Kallberg is the Chief Growth Officer at the Leadership Now Project. Chava is an experienced leader with more than sixteen years in development for various institutions, including Harvard Business School, Dartmouth College, Bowdoin College, and Sesame Workshop.

At Leadership Now, Chava is focused on growing the organization’s reach and impact, and leads the membership, resource development, and events teams. Before joining the team, she was an active member and served as the New York Chapter Co-Chair.

Chava graduated from Northwestern University and the University of Maine School of Law, and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
