Jan Shaeffer

Jan Shaeffer is currently serving as the President and CEO of LEADERSHIP Philadelphia since February 2024. Prior to this, Jan held the same position at St. Christopher's Foundation for Children from April 2004 to January 2024. Jan also worked as a Client Relationship Manager at CMS Companies and managed client services in North America at City of London Investment Management Company Limited. Before that, Jan was part of the Wealth Advisory Team at Morgan Stanley. Jan holds a BA in English Literature from Saint Joseph's University and studied International Business abroad at the University of London.
