Charlotte Fogel

Charlotte Fogel has extensive work experience in leadership development, coaching, and training. Charlotte started their career as a Handledare and Lärare at Kunskapsskolan in 2003. Charlotte then worked as a Project Manager, Trainer, and Coach at Nyköpings Kommun until 2008. Charlotte later served as an Education Consultant at Roda Management from 2007 to 2008 and as a Program Manager at FöretagsLabbet from 2007 to 2009. Charlotte also owned a coaching organization called PRiMAcoaching from 2006 onwards. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Trainer and Coach at Framfot Företagsutbildning. In 2014, they took on the role of Business Area Manager for Leadership Development at Astrakan Strategisk Utbildning. Charlotte then founded Soul Academy in 2016, where they worked as the Owner.
