Ernest Sant Lorenzo

Ernest Sant Lorenzo has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ernest started their career in 1999 as a Senior Consultant at Krauthammer, where they focused on training and coaching in leadership skills. In 2000, they joined Palladium Group International as Director of Projects, specializing in strategic planning and implementation.

From 2002 to 2004, Ernest worked for Personnel Decisions International as Director of Consulting, leading projects in 360-degree profiling, executive coaching, and assessments. In 2004, they became the Owner and Change Management & Strategy Executive Coach at WAYLIFE SL, where they provided strategic planning and balanced scorecard services to clients such as Ferrero and FC Barcelona.

In 2009, Ernest joined Improva as Director Consultant, working on optimization projects and change management for clients including Fira Barcelona and Seat. Ernest then became the Owner and General Manager of Awair Barcelona in 2017, overseeing the operations of the company.

In 2017, Ernest took on two additional roles. Ernest became the Director and Executive Consultant at Leadership Pipeline Institute, specializing in building internal leadership pipelines and creating performance-focused organizations. Ernest also became the Hogan Official Distributor at Hogan Assessment Systems, helping organizations with employee selection and development.

Prior to this, they attended IPSI from 1971 until 1986, where they obtained a Bachillerato degree in Elementary and Middle School Administration/Principalship.
