Hamed Al Tamami has extensive work experience in various HR and consultancy roles. Hamed worked as an HR director and corporate communication specialist at HSBC ME from September 1989 to October 2002. Prior to this, they were the HR and Admin Manager at Oman Oil Co. from June 1997 to September 1998. Hamed also served as the Human Resources Development Manager at Royal Oman Police from April 1984 to April 1997. Later, they founded and became the general manager of Future Match HR Consultancy in February 2003, where they focused on leadership assessment and people reviews. Additionally, they worked as a licensee and consultant at PI Worldwide in Dubai and GCC from 2005 onwards. Currently, they are a member firm and senior facilitator at the Leadership Pipeline Institute since April 2010.
Hamed Al Tamami began their education at United Arab Emirates University in 1982, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Hamed successfully completed their studies and graduated from the university in 1985. Following this, Hamed Al Tamami furthered their education by enrolling in Seattle University in 1989. Hamed pursued a Master's degree program in Public Service and dedicated their efforts to this field of study until 1991.
