Tammy Olson is a seasoned instructional design and learning development professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Instructional Design at Leadership Resources since July 2024, Tammy previously held the position of Director of Instructional/Learning Design at Supportworks, Inc., where significant initiatives included co-developing a leadership program, launching a nationwide Learning Management System, and enhancing new hire onboarding processes. Additional roles span from owning Mommies Mission, focused on children's health and well-being, to directing learning and development at Behaven Kids, where training efficiency and employee satisfaction were markedly improved. Tammy started in pharmaceutical sales before transitioning into training and development, where responsibilities included designing curricula and facilitating workshops. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
