Teresa Deflitch

Teresa DeFlitch is the Director of Leadership Development at Leadership Rhode Island, overseeing various programs and contributing to curriculum development. Teresa previously served as the Director of People and Education at Wigle Whiskey Distillery and has a background in consulting and education management at various organizations. DeFlitch holds a MA in American History from Syracuse University and a BA in History from Saint Vincent College.
