Thomas Murphy

Thomas Murphy is an experienced leadership development professional with a diverse background in organizational development spanning over three decades. As the owner of Leadership Strategies LLC since October 2000, Thomas has been instrumental in providing strategic guidance and training. Prior roles include leadership development roles at American Water from 2005 to 2011, and various leadership development positions at Exelon between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, Thomas served as Manager of Management Development & Change Management at PECO Energy from 1996 to 2000, and as a Senior Organization Development Consultant at PECO Nuclear from 1991 to 1996. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy and Organization Behavior from Drexel University and a BS in Industrial Management from LaSalle University.
