Lee Hanna

Lee Hanna is an accomplished professional in the healthcare recruitment industry, currently serving as the Manager of Recruiting Operations for Acute Care Leaders at LeaderStat since May 2020. In this role, Lee oversees interim leadership, RPO, and permanent acute care divisions, focusing on new business development and client relationship management. Previous experience includes leading a team as the Manager of Strategic Accounts and facilitating executive-level placements as an Executive Search Consultant. Lee also has a background in project management, talent acquisition as a Senior Consultant at OhioHealth, and clinical leadership as a Rehabilitation Manager at The Winchester Institute of Chiropractic. Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Miami University and further education from The Ohio State University.
