Damian Thompson has a wealth of experience in sales, business development, and demand generation. Damian began their career in 2009 as a Partner - Business Development at Fulton Francis, providing specialized BPO/Managed Services/Cost Reduction consultancy services. In 2011, they founded Linchpin, a content marketing for start-ups company. In 2013, they founded Demand Genesis, a demand generation done for you company. From 2014 to 2016, they were the VP North America at Ground Labs, responsible for building the entire go to market strategy, sales plan, marketing plan, and channel plan. In 2016, they became a Cofounder - Chief Sales Officer at LeadFuze, a smarter, faster, and automated sales prospecting company. From 2015 to 2022, they were the Chief Revenue Officer at REVteam + REVjobs, helping founders develop the ability to scale by building high-performing Sales & RevOps teams for B2B Software & Service companies. In 2020, they became a Member of RevGenius and a Member of Revenue Collective, as well as an Investment Scout at Makerpad. In 2022, they will become the VP Sales + Business Development at Content at Scale.

Damian Thompson has an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, obtained in 2001-2002. Damian has also obtained several certifications, including Partner Certification from Pipedrive in November 2019, Hubspot Agency Partner Certification from HubSpot in February 2021, Inbound Certification from HubSpot in September 2015, Hubspot Sales Services from HubSpot, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce.
