Suzy Fleming

Suzy Fleming, MBA has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Suzy has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Sales Representative at Alza Pharmaceuticals from 1998 to 2002. Suzy then worked as a Regional Trainer at Ortho McNeil from 2002 to 2004, where they were responsible for training representatives in the Southeast. Suzy then joined Indevus Pharmaceuticals as a District Sales Manager/Sales Representative, where they were promoted from a sales representative to manage a team of 10 representatives covering multiple states. Suzy worked at Indevus from 2004 to 2009, focusing on sales in the field of overactive bladder.

From 2009 to 2013, Suzy worked as a Manager at Endo Pharmaceuticals, managing a team of representatives in several states, specializing in Oncology and Urology. Suzy then moved on to work at Sigma-Tau Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2015 to 2018, as an Ultra Rare Disease Specialist, focusing on Southern United States and Puerto Rico. Most recently, Suzy has been working at rEVO Biologics as a West Coast Account Manager since 2014. Their responsibilities include P&T pull through, initiation of pharmacy overview, channel distribution understanding, and facilitating company growth through education and collaboration with various medical professionals. Currently, Suzy is the Director of Sales at Leadiant Biosciences, Inc. since 2015.

Suzy Fleming, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive Pharmaceutical from the Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business. Suzy also obtained their Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additionally, Suzy has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the same institution.
