Thersa Dinwiddie has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Thersa started their career in 1999 as a Technical Lead at CACI International Inc, where they provided requirements management for the Air Force Data Analysis and Reporting Tool system. Thersa then moved on to become a Lead Business Analyst and was responsible for assessing users' needs and determining functional and business requirements for new software applications.

In 2000, Thersa joined Delgado Community College as an Adjunct Professor, where they developed lesson plans and instructed courses in System Analysis and Design and Programming in QBasic.

In 2000, they also joined CACI Inc. - Federal as a Task Lead and Senior Business Analyst III. In this role, they managed personnel in the logistics department for the Naval Surface Warfare Center and provided earned value management support to the Department of Navy Program Executive Office.

In 2004, Thersa joined General Dynamics Information Technology as a Technical Site Lead, where they led the system integration and migration of Army legacy training systems. Thersa later took on roles as a Program Manager and Senior Program Manager, managing various contracts and personnel for the Army National Guard.

In 2011, Thersa became the Chief Operating Officer at Leading Solutions, LLC. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, managed large contracts, and worked on projects with significant budgets. Thersa'sexperience spans across multiple industries and they have expertise in system engineering, program management, and business analysis.

Thersa Dinwiddie obtained a Master's degree in Managment Information System from Strayer University, graduating in 2002. Prior to that, they attended Strayer University from 1997 to 1999, where they studied Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance, although they did not complete a degree in this field.
